Unconstitutional Federal Agencies Act
Washington D.C.— This morning Libertarian Party Chairman and Representative from Iowa 2nd Congressional, Jklink, proposed a bill which would eliminate twenty-five federal agencies, which Jklink calls, “unconstitutional”. The bill has already been co-sponsored by Libertarian Party Deputy Chair Koa18, Libertarian Representative Liberty, and Conservative Party Representative Source. In the summary Jklink said, “This bill abolishes unconstitutional agencies that are ran by the federal government. The reason why these agencies are unconstitutional is because U.S. congress is not authorized to create laws in these areas.”. It is unknown whether the bill will pass or not.
